retro mummy has arrived!

Hi

I’m retro mummy aka knitter and new mum! Of late I’ve been spending more time sewing and buying fabrics so here is my place to indulge in all my retro mummy hobbies!

I’m a stay at home mummy to my gorgeous Keira and love to knit, sew, shop, bake, cook, most recently decorate cakes and of course keep house! I really am a retro mummy…especially when you see me in my cath kidston apron!

my favourite knitting designers are debbie bliss, jo sharp, lucinda guy. On the fabric front I’m really in love with Freshcut by Heather Bailey (thanks belinda for getting me into that!), anything retro by Michael Miller, anything Hello Kitty (for Keira of course) and of course my fave florals by Cath Kidston!!!!!

So this is where I’ll be posting my lovely sewing and retro projects!!! i have enough to get started, I’ve got the patterns and fabrics and just need some more time!
