I feel terrible and lesson learnt! But how cute is this pattern? Super quick and easy to knit even if you’re nursing a newborn yourself and tending to another 3 children. I used a 5 ply from the back room (also known as knitters heaven) at Bendigo and I wasn’t sure on the grey at first but I love it now.
And I haven’t blocked this or anything, I basically just put down my darning needle, grabbed my camera and started snapping pictures. But gosh it reminded me why I love my crafts, the pure satisfaction and warm fuzzies that come from making something yourself. It’s my drug……………just like spending money on my craft.
LOVE your colour choice! I love adult colours on little girl-babies… I chose the same colour for my little girl for her Christmas dress… Fantastic job… now I just wish I had the patience to knit something other than a scarf 😀
beautiful! GREAT colour.
That’s gorgeous! I wish I could knit that well! My limits are in basic squares at present, but maybe one day!!!
Looks great.. when I saw the yarn, I was thinking Oatmeal by Bendigo Woollen Mills. I have some in my stash …
It’s beautiful. She’s beautiful.
It looks good to me, way beyond my capabilities! Your model is super cute too.
It looks gorgeous and your little model is very cute too =-)
Gorgeous little dress – you should be proud. And what a smiley little model Sweet.
Love Elodie’s chins!!
Oh, isn’t that adorable! Elodie looks like she knows it was made just for her!
Aren’t you clever?
I have been knitting the same scarf for more than 6 years now, so you are a complete legend in my eyes!
Oh definately worth the wait Corrie! Elodie looks so happy to model for you too, and gray seems like a perfect color for little girls!
It looks great Corrie and LOVE it in the grey on miss E.
Craft is my drug too
That’s lovely!! I’m finding it so hard to get any knitting done with my 4 month old … I might give this pretty vest a try! Your girl is such a cutie!!
Yeah yeah the dress is vute- but what about that bay! Those chins….I would be kissing her all day!
