Awwwww, so sweet.
The one I got from my daughter was very sweet too. The card said, “My Mum is Special because….” and Stella had answered “Because she makes us things on our birthdays”.

How sweet and it’s just the beginning of a long line of similar offerings. Aren’t you lucky. Their offerings used to make me cry.
My sons’ school had a fundraising stall. Send a present worth no more than $5 and send money for child to buy present. Sons were in Year 1 and kindergarten at the time. I opened one present bought at the stall. A candle holder made from the top of a flyspray aerosol can, filled with plaster of paris and decorated with plastic cake decorations. How beautiful. Next package felt suspiciously similar. Second son had duplicated his brother’s present. Just what I wanted. I still have them thirty years later.
