what craft are you going to learn this year??? For me it’s got to be cake decorating, I haven’t been the best at making little sugar flowers in cake decorating classes but I’d love to decorate cupcakes and cookies like the professionals….inspired by peggy porschen who does the MOST amazing cakes and cookies in London….
So I’d love you to go and comment here and tell notebook what you’d like to learn this year……they are launching amazing craft classes this year and perhaps this has been my little magazine project I’ve been secretly helping with……
thought so. Good luck with it all – you are a busy mumma:)
That book just makes me want to run out and buy it. Did you find it in Sydney or is it an internet purchase???
Oh I would love to learn to crochet. I’ve always wanted a crochet blanket to snuggle under!
What a fabulous concept! I’d love to learn to crochet. Those little hats you make for Keira are just too cute. Hope all is well
I need more time to perfect the crafts I’m doing now!!!!! Your secret project sounds very exciting.
Get out of here!!!
If you manage to learn cake decorating …. and have a new baby (with 3 others under 4) ….. and maintain your blog … and your shop …. and keep crafting all your gorgeous crafty stuff …..
…then I’ll eat my hat!!
Maybe I should learn hat-making this year. lol

I’ve just started crochet again after a try last year. I just can’t help loving all the crochet things I keep seeing. And there’s only one way to get them and that’s to jolly well make it myself! I’ve made three grannies so far.
Have fun with your cake decorating. It’s something I enjoy too. The flowers look tricky to me.
One of my goals for 2010 was to spend more time with my grandma, therefore I am hoping for her to teach me how to knit! I have always wanted to be able to knit beautiful throw blankets and beanies and scarves for the winter months!

I am going to try and make the time to learn well extend my ability as I did do my crochet badge in Guides like about 30 years ago. I want to make DD a beautiful hat like you do for Keira. I am also going to get my Mum to show me how to make icing flowers because she always does them for me for my cupcakes and I should learn this skill myself so we can do it together. Great post and you are truly amazing I wish I had some of your time management skills.
