Now this was not my first choice of fabric for a new dress for keira but I have to say it’s pretty cute and keira is in love with it!!!!!!!! when I spotted it in the SL (spotlight) catalogue I knew a little bit had to come home with me and keira quickly scooped up the whole bolt and told me she wanted a dress and started walking to the counter….so she’s learning fast!
I just love the binding fabric which is also in the range (by michael miller) and is my new favourite……perfect for a few quilts I have on the go waiting till the market is over!

Oh my goodness, Keira has such great taste in fabric doesnt she. She looks so gorgeous in bright colors and the mermaids look fabulous. I just received a $40 off coupon so I might have to pop into Spotlight and pick up some nice fabrics and make some things over summer.

Ahhhh …. we bought the same mermaid material on Monday. Went back today and couldn’t find it on the shelf. It’s very sweet and I love Keira’s little dress.

Very cute little dresses that you have made for your little girl! I purchased some HR of you not so long ago and I am making it up into a quilt for my littlest girl.
I attended a workshop with Kellie from Don’t Look Now on the weekend and I must say it was fantastic, she said you were going to get her to do a workshop next year – well I just wanted to say it is so worth it!
