Well despite a killer shoulder and babies under my ribs, I’ve been knitting away (albeit with a hot water bottle on my shoulder as I knit) and finished this little cutie for my baby….its called the vintage racing helmet from ‘the second little Sublime hand knit book’….its a super easy pattern and I love the sublime yarn and think I need to whip up a girly one too
I’ve also decided to make a list of what needs to be made for the babies and tackle it in the next 6 and a bit weeks…..
The hat looks adorable Corrie. I cant wait to see the girl one too. You must be in the nesting stage getting everything ready for your 2 new bubs, how fun that will be.
‘c is for cute’ for sure! love it you absolutly have to make a girl version and a mummy one too!
too cute!! Can’t wait to see the girl version. Where do you buy your sublime wool?
definately CUTE with a capitol C.
Oh how gorgeous, the colour combo is really lovely. Not long now until you get to meet your little ones
Very cute! I misread your comment about making a girly one and thought it said make an ugly one — I was wondering how on earth you’d make an ugly one out of such a cute pattern LOL!
Oooh it looks fantastic….love the model! I’ve started a little more knitting today as well in between babysitting!
Hang in there. Not too long to go now.
Very cute!
How gorgeous and very groovy – your bubs are going to look fab!
This is SO SO SO gorgeous! I would love a hat just like this for myself. Although I am now over halfway through a beanie for myself and there’s really not that much need for warm headwear in Queensland. *sigh* I might have to check out that Sublime Handknit book, if all the patterns are as cute as that hat, then it must be a winner!!!
So adorable and what a cute (and I imagine, very cooperative!) model.
Would it be unoriginal of me to also call that a CUTE hat LOL!
