Well I can’t get enough of this quickie baby cardigan so I’ve whipped up another one in 2 days, this time in Bendigo’s Colonial 5ply in a cute grey….honestly this pattern is so quick and easy I’ll probably churn out a few more before my babies are here. The 5 ply is nice to knit with except it separates a bit and I need to trim a few bits here and there.
and Keira is still loving being hello kitty…she can’t get enough of this hat
or my knitting needles eventhough it looks like she’s torturing her ankles in this shot…my needles are quickly hidden once she starts to walk around with them or put them in her mouth
and what an act of kindness………wow Donna you mentioned you had 10 -12 patterns you were clearing out but this fabulous box arrived this morning and I had to assure my hubby repeatedly before I opened it that it wasn’t my online shopping. Thank you so much, I promise you they’ve found a lovely home with me and will be well loved.
Wheeee – these are so fab, and I’m so very very excited. I am going to my local yarn shop this very afternoon with my aunty to pick out my first ever pair of knitting needles and some yarn. It’s a bit ridiculous how excited I am, and seeing such beautiful items as you’ve been making definitely adds even more fuel to my enthusiasm. Thank-you
That cardi is fabulous in grey too. I can’t believe you can knit one up so quickly!
Man you really are on a roll! The hello kitty hat and the cardigans are sooo cute!
They are just TOO CUTE… I so so wish I could knit – you are fabulous. And doesn’t Keira just look cuter than ever in that hat! She’s growing up so quickly. Enjoy your patterns, I look forward to seeing what you whip up with them.
wow, it’s like the pattern fairy visited you- so lucky!
Oh Corrie, those cardis are just adorable! I’m might have to check out that pattern if you say it’s nice and quick! How nice of Donna to give you all those patterns too, look forward to seeing what you make with them.
Look at that box of fabric! You are one lucky girl.
I started to knit last winter but I am still not very good at it. Looking at Corrie the Finisher knitting all those cardis make me want to have a go too.
Nice color for the new cardi! I love knitting it also. From now on, I think it’s my go-to sweater pattern for baby gifts. It take me about 1.5-2 days and it’s done! There are more variations on this sweater that I have on queue. I can’t wait to try it out.
Those little sweaters are just adorable. Not to even mention the Hello Kitty hat — too cute on your sweet little model!
Your baby jackets look beautiful. Are you going to use most of the yarn from Bendigo to knit them up in. Keira looks so cute trying to knit too. It seems you will be busy sewing away again soon with all those great patterns.
They are really cute – I can’t believe how fast you are knitting them up!
Those cardis are beautiful! I find the Bendigo Colonial very splitty to knit with, but lovely when finished.
Love the pink hat further down the page too.
that hat is great and the vardigans are very cool – making any in a ten??????
