date + almond balls
Recipe type: gluten free, dairy free
Serves: 12
- 1 cup dates
- 1 cup almonds
- good splosh of pure maple syrup
- teaspoon of organic coconut oil
- Place ingredients in food processor or thermomix and blitz until finely processed. I did mine for about 10-20 seconds on speed 6 in the thermomix.
- Wet hands, roll into balls and eat straight away or store in fridge or freezer.
