What you'll need
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 cup almonds
  • good splosh of pure maple syrup
  • teaspoon of organic coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Place ingredients in food processor or thermomix and blitz until finely processed. I did mine for about 10-20 seconds on speed 6 in the thermomix.
  2. Wet hands, roll into balls and eat straight away or store in fridge or freezer.
