1 375g bag White Chocolate melts (or 2 blocks White cooking chocolate)
1 bag mini marshmallows
1 bag raspberry lollies
Instructions
Melt chocolate. I do mine in the microwave for 2½ minutes on medium and stir a couple of times.
Quickly stir in marshmallows and raspberry lollies.
Spread into lined lamington/square tin and refrigerate at least one hour. I use my tupperware silicone slice pan thingo which just pops the whole thing out.
Slice and wrap up or enjoy now!
