What you'll need
- 375g bag white chocolate melts
- 150g turkish delight, chopped
- 100g bag mini marshmallows
- 2 Tbsp dessicated coconut
Instructions
- Melt chocolate for about 2½ minutes on medium in the microwave, checking a few times as it melts and stirring each time.
- Add in turkish delight, mini marshmallows and stir quickly.
- Spread into lamington tin and top with the coconut.
- Refrigerate at least ½ hour, slice and serve or wrap up to give away
