well rested

Well we’ve just got back home after a gorgeous week in Noosa for our summer holiday. We took advantage of the kids finishing school early to beat the crowds and peak accommodation rates and had a ball. I’ve got loads of things to put away, some laundry (thankfully not too much as we tried to keep up while we were away) and did my home shop on the drive home for delivery this morning. If you’ve taken kids away on holiday then you’ll know how busy it is……the first day I wanted to set aside one hour of peace and quiet when nobody was allowed to ask me anything….but we got there in the end.

I’ll share lots more photos and things we did once I’ve uploaded all the photos I took. For now this really sums up the gorgeous weather that we enjoyed.

  1. Looks fabulous Corrie, where did you stay, I would like to do the same next year as we too always finish first week of December when things aren’t yet peak season.

  4. Hi Corrie
If you are looking for a reasonably priced three bedroom apartment on Hastings Street try Saks on Hastings. It is on the non beach side almost opposite the fabulous gelato shop. You can see the beach though from the upper balcony. The only problem might be the balconies with the little ones but maybe when they are older. It is lovely and very reasonably priced. We have stayed there twice now.
