our kitchen renovation : day 23

Well I’m cooking in the kitchen! Now that’s what I call a great day in a kitchen renovation. We’re not entirely finished as I need to get the painter back to the cornices and skirting boards and a few touch ups and then we’ll be finished. And do you love the chux hanging over the tap – don’t think I’ll do that again. Old habits…..

It really is the loveliest kitchen to cook in. I’m still trying to remember where I put everything and trying not to make a mess of my pantry. One of my really bad habits is not keeping a tidy pantry. I love it when retro daddy organises it for me so am hoping he’ll get to it over the Christmas break. It’s the accountant in him that loves having it all organised.
